You are responsible for activity on your device.

2. Subscriptions and payments

WhatToCook offers free features and optional premium plans.

• Payments are handled by Apple/Google and managed by RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew unless canceled in your store settings.
• Free trials, if offered, end automatically unless canceled.

3. Your content

You own the recipes, notes, and plans you create.

You must not upload illegal or infringing content.

4. Third‑party services

Some features rely on third‑party providers.

• AI features may send prompts to an AI provider.
• Recipe search/import can use external sources.
• Third‑party services have their own terms and policies.

5. Health and nutrition

WhatToCook provides general cooking and nutrition information.

It is not medical advice.

• Always verify allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Use safe food‑handling practices.

6. Intellectual property

WhatToCook and its branding are owned by Illumind Software.

You may not copy or resell the app or its content.

7. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

The app is provided “as is” without warranties.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes are effective when posted.
